1.2KG LEG OF LAMB
root veges of your choice
500g good beef stock
salt & pepper to taste
10g oil
10g gluten free gravy powder mixed with a little water.

Brown the vegetables in the Actifryer for 10-12 minutes ,but you could pop them under the broiler or grill.

While the meat is resting and you prepare the silky meaty gravy and accompanying vegetables. Everyone loves roast lamb and this lamb is cooked on the stovetop in a fraction of the time it takes using traditional methods. An added bonus is you won't be heating up the kitchen with smoke.
